Kevin Müller Cisneros (Lima, Peru; 1992) emigrated, with his parents and sister, to the United States in 2003.
He pursued his academic studies in New York City, where he spent four years learning historical methods of drawing and painting at the Grand Central Atelier. Following the completion of his training, Müller spent several years working in the studio of Jacob Collins, founder of the GCA and a leading figure in the contemporary revival of the classical tradition. This experience nurtured Müller's engagement in a practice that is deeply linked to the mastery of artists from past centuries.
His work has been exhibited across New York and forms part of private collections in the United States and abroad. He is a Hudson River Fellow and current instructor of the GCA. His teachings have led him to conduct workshops in Spain, Argentina, the Neatherlands and Mexico.
Currently living in Brooklyn, NY, Müller continues to place an intimate appreciation of nature at the forefront of his aesthetic principles.
